This dual occupancy project in Bentleigh East is a good example of what a well-planned residential block in Melbourne’s south east can produce. The client owned an investment property and wanted to maximise what the site could deliver without cutting corners on the quality of the finished homes.

What Was Built
Bentleigh East sits within the Glen Eira Council area, roughly 14km south-east of Melbourne’s CBD. It’s a well-established suburb with strong demand from families and investors alike, consistent property values and a council that applies residential character guidelines across most of its residential zones.
